1999 Mitsubishi Express 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 128000 miles

Hi there. I was hoping that you would be able to help me with information on how to remove my passenger side sliding door on my mitsubishi express van.
I would like to remove it and put another one on.
Could you tell me the easiest way to detach and replace it?
