getting the codes is done by watching the flashing check engine light, not sure what beeps you counted.Get the codes by doing this- Turn key, on,off,on,off,on within 5 seconds. The light will flash the codes, example. 4 long flashes and then 3 short ones is a code 43. A timing belt that has jumped wont stop it from having spark. does the engine sound normal when cranking or does it sound fast, then slow or jumpy?

The codes need to be counted by length of flashes. Long flashes are 10's short flashes are 1's. Assuming they are all short flashes the codes I show are
1-No cam position sensor signal at PCM
2-Internal; PCM failure (powertrain control module)
5-Charging system voltage low

Verify cam is turning when you crank the engine. If so you may have a bad PCM
