I have a mitsubishi diamante 1997 that will not start because car was temporarily submerged in flood water. I drained and replaced oil, spark plugs, unflooded exhaust, and replaced battery. The fuel injectors checked out fine, and electrical system is not damaged. My car cranks but wont start, the mechanic says its getting fuel and sparks but doesn't turn over fully.
