2005 Mini Cooper S 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual
My convertible top will go back to the sunroof position. It won't go any further. When I press the button for it to go back the rest of the way, a light flashes on the controls. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

There are two sensors the trunk make sure the top will be clear to go down. If either sensor indicates a problem, the red light will go on and the top won't work. Make sure the shelf in the trunk is in the down position and that both latches are engaged.
