2003 Mini Cooper Rear brake binding

Brakes problem
2003 Mini Cooper 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 58000 miles

The rear brakes are binding on my Mini Cooper - with the offside one being considerably worse than the nearside one.

The offside runs very hot if I drive it for more than a couple of miles - and it is definietly a brake problem (i.e. not a wheel bearing fault). I've replaced the pads, discs, the caliper and the flexible hose from the caliper on the rear offside - but the brake still binds. I've also backed off the handbrake (a lot) but this hasn't fixed the problem either.

Any suggestions?

Did you replace both calipers or just the one that is getting hot? It could be a case of the opposite one not working instead of that one sticking
