2003 Mini Cooper 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 70000 miles

Hello, i dont know if this has anything to do with this problem, but i have just had a new radiator on the car and for some reason the headlight adjusters have stoped working and the lights are very low to the ground. thanks Shaun
