1999 Mercury Tracer air intake temperature control module

1999 Mercury Tracer 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 136375 miles
What does and where is this module located. I was wondering because the cars computer is putting out a code letting me know that is is bad. I know this because i had an employee from checkers auto put a diag. machine into the computers plugin and it came up with the problem caused from this module.
