1997 Mercury Tracer Repair Question

1997 Mercury Tracer 97 Tracer Radiator fan will not come on
I have a 1997 mercury tracer that suddenly the cooling fan does not come on. I have changed the engine coolant temperature sensor and the thermostat. It was running fine yesterday but today I noticed the fan did not come on when the A/C was turned on and the temperature rose close to hot. The fan does not come on with the A/C on or off. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like an electrical issue.
If you run power to it will it run?
Was the fuse checked?-40 amp in main fuse junction panel
Relay?-CCRM (contant control relay module)
