1989 Mercury Tracer won't start
Engine Performance problem
1989 Mercury Tracer 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 143000 miles
I rebuilt the engine and replaced the computer and 2 fuel injector's but the vehicle won't start because the fuel keeps on flowing and then she floods

Check the fuel pressure and also inspect the pressure regulator vacuum hose for gas-if there's any the regulator is defective.
