1988 Mercury Tracer 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I lost the valve keeper - that goes inside the valve spring.

Is this a universal part?
There aren't any other old Mercury Tracer's in our area.
Are there other types of vehicles that have the same part?
