Mercury Sable Repair Question

Location of air intake temperature sensor
1992 Mercury Sable, 130,000 miles, was diagnosed code 113. Is this the air intake sensor high voltage code and where is this sensor located and can I replace it myself (ie: is it easy?) ?

it's on the plastic duct that goe from the air cleaner to the thotle body.
