I have a 1994 Mercury Sable with 127,000. I hooked a new battery and all my electrical is working fine. As soon as I go to turn it over I hear a click and my car dies. Any thoughts?

It is a tell tale battery connection, remove the connections on the battery clean them with wire brush then reconnect, that should take care of the problem.
