When I start my car the engine will crank but not turn over. If I repeadtly step on the gas it will occasionaly start. Once it gets started it will work but I still have to press the gas to start it, but if its sits idle for several hours,8+, it will be the same problem. However if I spray starting fluid into the air intake it will start right up. I had the fuel filter replaced after a suggestion, that helped for about a week. But the problem returned.
