Engine Cooling problem

This car seems to leak coolant when I am driving in the city (start and stop frequently. When driving on the highway the car does not leak. I had a pressure test done twice on this car. No one seems to know where the leak is coming from. When the car does leak you can smell the liquid from under the hood and there is some smoking.
