the Wixfilters site says it is located, passenger side, rear frame rail. You'll probably have to get that corner of the vehicle, in the air a little, so you can find it, be safe.

I believe autozone, vehicle repair guides, have some component locations on their web site.

i have replaced the spark plugs and spark plugs wires and had the battery hooked to another with jumper cables and let charge for 30 minutes and engine would still not start but with the new spark plugs and wires it cranked alot better than it did before. would the fuel filter be the problem? or the fuel pump? the battery tests bad but still has juice in it. i think that the car is starving for gas? i have no clue? so could it be that the engine is cold and will not start? because it has not started in a week.

If your not familiar with checking trouble codes, you may need to get somebody to check for any codes, that may point you in the correct direction.

One basic test, is to check for spark at the plugs, with the engine cranking. Just pull a plug wire off plug, use a known good plug or spark tester, plug it in the boot, ground the spark tester or metal part of plug to metal part of engine, have helper crank engine, watch for spark. If you have plenty of spark, check fuel pressure, you need a fuel pressure gage for that.
