1999 Mercury Mystique Repair Question

I have a two part question
Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Mercury Mystique 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 117000 miles
the chck eng. light on when have the code run it comes back as #4 CYLENDER MISFIRE i changed the spark plugs and wire and coil. it has a spark and there is fuel getting to the cylender there was the smel lof fuel on the spark plug
my turn siginal dont work at all and haz. light i changed the flasher and multitask switch

Did you check the injectors, sounds like an injector problem to me.
Electrical problem, this model has some funky electricals. Check the obvious first then check for groundings. like engine to body and battery to block then every other ground point. You'll need a schamatic of the electricals to do this.
