1998 Merc Mystique brake lines

My car has blown brake lines 3 times in the last year and a half. The last time, it at least stopped before I had it replaced, but now the car is almost unable to stop without the emergency brake, I almost drove through my garage trying to get home from the store when the brakes completely went. Is this something that the repair shop should redo free of charge, or do I need to pay again? Also, is there some problem with the car that I am not seeing, since this has happened 3 times?

There are several locations on the car with steel brake lines, and four with flexible brake hoses. If it's happening in different places, take the bull by the horns, get all the lines done at once!

I had all lines replaced last year in August, and I am at my wits end with this problem. If the brakes now go completely to the floor, does that mean more than one line is blown again, or is it something else? As I said in the earlier post, the car at least stopped until today. Any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks for the quick response on the first question.

Open the master cylinder, any fluid in it? If it's full, then it's probably no good, if empty, it's either anothe line, or the rear seal on the master. Put some brake fluid in and see were it leaks. Brake fluid only!
