1997 Mercury Mountaineer Front and Rear Wheel Bearings

I want to replace the wheel bearings on the Front wheels. Front has Disk brakes. What do I need to do to remove the inner and outer bearings and races. Do I need some special tools?

Why do you want to replace them? 2wd models do not have inners and outers. This is the 4wd:

the bearing is part of the hub.
