With wiper switch in "off" position wiper & washer remain "on" & canonly be turned off by removing fuse. Motor has been professionally replaced (5) times. Switch has been replaced once. Would appreciate any ideas.

Just curious why would you have the same job performed 5 times when it didn't fix it the first time?

Only thing on circuit that would cause this is a faulty control board which is part of the wiper motor, faulty wiper switch or faulty wiring. Since motor and switch have been replaced most likey there is bad wiring somewhere on the circuit.
