I have just recently had a problem with my brakes or air suspension with my 2000 Grand Marquis GS. When going above 10mph and stopping at around the 10mph mark the car makes a humming noise and the brake pedal tenses up and the car pulls to the left slightly until the car comes to a stop. I didn't know if perhaps it could be my Air Suspension on my front left or perhaps a brake pad issue. I'm very perplexed because if you are under 10mph the issue doesn't happen, any ideas?

Sounds like the abs is false-engaging. Does the abs light come on?

Check for codes in the computer. IT will probably narrow down what wheel. Fair chance this will turn out to be a wheel bearing/hub assy. In the front.

This may need to be driven with a hand held diagnostic computer to read the wheel speed sensors to verify. But if it points to one wheel, IT is usually the sensor/hub/bearing assy.
