I put too much oil in my car and it started smoking white smoke that smells like burning rubber. I took some of the oil out and its still smoking but not as much what did i do and is it going to be expencive to fix thank you

is your coolant level low?

how much white smoke is coming out, is it billowing out or just a few whisps.

the coolant level was and is fine and the smoke was belowing out and more so when i gave it gas after the oil was taken out it was still smoking but not as much

you could have just had engine blowby and it just has to be burned off, its bad to have high oil! give it time and keep your eye on your fluids.
