2007 Mercedes Benz S500 Front Brake Pad and Rotor Replaceme

2007 Mercedes Benz S500 V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 30,000 miles
Is there any thing that needs to be done prior to replacing the brakes. My car has 4 wheel ABS with Brake Assist System. The pads had a warning about cars equipped with Sensotronic brake control. Does this car hace SBC or can I proceed with replacing the brakes myself without worring about inactivating the SBC or other such system.

Your vehicle is not equipped with SBC as it was only available on E and SL classes. You don't have any components that need to be deactivated before you start your brake job.
