2000 Mercedes Benz S430 Brake Pads Replacement

How do you replace brake pads on S430 year 2000? Is it much different than other cars?

They are basically the same as other vehicles on this model. The only difference may be the pins that hold the pads in place. These are removed by using a punch and hammer to remove them.
