I have been having trouble with that the dealership is telling me is a roaming bolt in the front suspension that causes a knocking sound. On my last visit in the service dept communicated that I need front and rear brakes.I thought it was a bit early for this and wanted to check. Both my father and myself noticed that the wear on the drivers side rear and front seems to be more significant than that on the left front and rear. Could you please advise on this?

The abnormal wear can be caused by a number of things including driving habits. However this is not abnormal to have MB brakes go out sooner than other brands. This is mainly due to the soft compound they are made of. This is to keep noise down and braking efficiency very high.
