2002 Other Mercedes Benz Models GERA BOX
I WOULD LIKE TO BUY THIS VEHICHLE BUT IT HAS A KNOCK WHEN PUT IN REVERSE GEAR BUT DRIVES FINE. WHAT WOULD IT COST TO REPAIR THIS OR TO PUT IN A NEW GEAR BOX?THANK YOU

Hi there,
This is just so hard to answer as there is so many things that can go wrong with the transmission and with out seeing it first hand i have not got a feel for the problem, as for a new transmission i don't have a price for one at hand, but you would be better served to ring a transmission specialist and have then inspect the transmission first, as the problem may be minor.
