2000 Mercedes Benz ML550 V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 100171 miles
I have just chainged oil and oil filter on my Mercedes ML430. I have replaced the oil with synthetic oil. What is now happpening is that the check engine light has come on which never did before the oil change. Can someone help ?
