2005 Mercedes Benz ML500 Water noise

2005 Mercedes Benz ML500 V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 44000 miles
I hear water slushing on the right rear of my car. (Not in the door) There are no water leaks inside the car. You can hear it when you just go forward slowly and put the brakes on, then you'll hear the slushing sound of the water. This is the first time it happened since I got the car 2 years ago. How do I drain the water and where is the water coming from?
