Car doesnt want to start

My car has starting problems - nothing happens when I turn the key. Seems to have plenty of battery power (lights etc.) and the issue happens with both keys. I think it's either an electrical issue or a computer chip related issue. The dealership has replaced and updated the SAM module and also the main car computer but still have the problem. I would like to just disconnect the battery and let everthing reset but I cannot find the battery. 2 questions - where is the battery and has anyone experieinced similar problems?

i faced similar issue , my car is mercedes ml350 , it was working fine , and doesnt have any problem with no accidents record , someday the car didnt want to start , it was not battery issue because all the lights were working fine and the radio with full power sound , i checked all the lights outside the car also working fine , then i realized that the issue must be regarding one of these :
1. electrical circuit (connected to the engine)
2. fuse issue connected from the chip to the engine
3. some problem with the chip
one thing more , when i searched online i found many people complain similar problems like engine doesnt want to start , or electrical circuit issue , and all these only with the ml , this car is great but it has some issues about the electrical and the worst thing i discovered about this car is the battery location (under the front passenger seat!!) , this is the worst place , because the seats doesnt move unless the car was on , now the car doesnt want to start , how i can move the seat forward to reach to the battery to reset the whole thing , i tried to put it to the ignition position , but the seats dont move , why it's not in the back like other mercedes cars ? . i can not move the seat at all .
