2000 Mercedes Benz ML320 Automatic 100k miles

I have a 2000 M-B Ml320 that drives fine in trip-tronic mode but when put in drive has a misfire on cylinder #2. Diagnostic did not show any error codes. Any ideas?

I would recommend checking all your plugs and wires first. Only misfiring in drive is strange especially with no codes. So next I would bring it to a shop that has an Oscilloscope and have them scope all your spark plug wires to make sure the spark patterns are good.
