2003 Mercedes Benz E500 FRONT BRAKES LOCKED

2003 Mercedes Benz E500 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I replaced front pads and disconnected the SBC prior, after reinstalling pads and re-connecting SBC, all red lights came on the dash and the brakes locked up, so vehicle will not move now. How do I correct this problem
