1999 Mercedes Benz E320 NO STEERING
Steering problem
1999 Mercedes Benz E320 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 147000 miles
I was driving and suddenly lost all steering ability, the steering wheel is very hard to turn, wheels does not turn. Fluid level good. What can be the cause please ?

You may have a failed power steering pump. This will drastically reduce the steering ability with no fluid loss. Hae you noticed any abnormal noises prior to the failure?

The Fix Was I Replaced Rack & Pinion Complete.
