2001 Mercedes Benz C320 Electronic system and Headlights
Electrical problem
2001 Mercedes Benz C320 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 70,000 miles
Headlights and interrior lights go on/off by themselves approximately every 4 or 5 minutes at night when the doors are locked and the alarme is charged. Everytime this happens you hear a relay click accopanied by sharp and brief beep or clank sound. If I don't lock the car the relay still cliks and beeps but the lights do not go on.
My mechanics failed to diagnose the problem despite 5 repair visits to his garage. He finally recommended the replacement of the computer or electronic control system.
