Do you know whow to fix the Windsheild wiper mechanism . My wiper got stuck in the middle of wiping the windsheild by a pile of snow that came off the roof. It makes a buzzing sound when i turn it on and the arm does not move. If I push the arm past the middle of the windsheild it will finish the sweep but will not begin a new sweep it stops and starts buzzing.
