Noises problem
2006 Mercedes Benz C230 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 48000 miles

i twisted the up and down adjustment screw on my driverside headlight to the down position and i heard a pop from the headlight on my 2006 mercedes c230 and now when i turn it the opposite way (to angle it upwards) it just keeps popping. it sounds like i may have stripped it. is there any way to fix this problem so that i can get it working right again because my headlight beam is aimed to far downward or do i have to buy another whole headlight assembly?
