I have a 1997 Mercedes Benz C230, 4cyl, auto, 113k miles. The key was left on for two days, the battery was dead and eversince the engine won't run right. I let it idle after jump starting it to relearn the computer. The vehicle is not driveable, and now it will not idle and if it does it is very rough and will stall. I know leaving the key on keeps everything powered up. I could not find a relearn procedure for electronic throttle control. If anyone knows the next step or a common problem with battery disconnect i would greatly appreciate.
