2002 Mercedes Benz C180 removing interior door panel

2002 Mercedes Benz C180 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I'm having trouble removing the inner door panel on my C180 elegance 2002 MY . I have unclipped the bottom and both sides but the top wont budge.
I think there are concealed screws somewhere but cannot locate any removable covers etc and can see no way of removing the inner door handle as it seems to be a 1 piece moulded rubber fitting.

I don't see a c180 as a model that year.
