Mercedes Benz C180 Engine Problem

1997 Mercedes Benz C180 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 84566 miles
last year I cut off the wires of my alarm because when I start my engine the alarm comes on.
this time i have a problem starting my car unless i use jumpleads with that i am having two problems:
a/central locking is not working using my romote key
b/my alarm is back on obviously without siren (only flashing)
