Transmission problem

i am in the process of pulling my transmission. out of my 1993 320 s - class benz. it pulls in all the other gears but when i put it in reverse it want move. could you please tell me what i need to replace in the transmission . while i got it out. and were can i get the parts for the transmission. thanks james
