How many catalytic converters are there and how do I go about replacing them?

I want to buy this car and I just need to replace one or both of them. Im guessing both. Where do I Buy them from? Should I do it my self or find an exhaust shop to do it?

There are several possibilities. First, if you are in California, you may wish to review the CARB catalytic converter rules, they have changed and if you are going to replace them, I would look into that. If not a Ca. Car, there are many places online where you can get direct replacements, just Google catalytic converters.

What website should I use? I have had trouble with a couple, getting wrong parts and an even tougher time getting a refund. I got a toyota window regulator and it didnt even fit the plug for power nor could I have bolted the window to it. Oh and I couldnt put in the door. None of the holes matched up.

So what website should I go to for legit business?
I also asked how many converters are in my car.
