My 1983 mercedes benz 300sd brake pedal is traveling to the floor. I bled all four lines at the sametime with no change. Also the ignition key does not shut off the engine. Is this the master cylinder? The vacuum pump? Booster?

I need to confirm something. WHen you say you bled all 4 brakes at the same time, do you mean you opened all bleeders at the same time?

One wheel should be done at a time starting at the wheel furthest away from the mastercylender and working to the closest. If that is what you did, chances are the master cylender is bad.
