Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Mercedes Benz 300e 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles

car has always started fine. parked the car for a couple of weeks, now it turns over and wont'fire.
it will fire, if i use starter fluid, but still doesn't start.
i do not know if the veh has a fuel pump shut off switch, eg burglar alarm controlled.
any ideas??
