Engine Mechanical problem
1992 Mercedes Benz 300ce 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 180000 miles

I have a 92 MB with the 3.0L engine doul cam
when i give gas and the engine is at 15000 RPM's
I get a rattle noise on the head sounds like its coming from the cam could you please help me thankyou very much
