1986 Mazda Truck piston question

1986 Mazda Truck 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual
can i put mazda b2200 pistons in a mazda b2000 pickup. i slid a b2200 piston into the block and it fit, but i am wondering if i need to switch out the connecting rod. are they different lengths.
