I own a 1990 mazda rx7 convertible with 124,000 miles. The convertible top went down but will not move to recover the car. Is there some special trick I am forgetting to get it to work? I nkow the emergency brake has to be on but it is not returning. Tried to manually recover the car but the roof will not budge.
