Hi my 1991 mazda mpv 6 cylender with 4wd and locking differential lost power when I was driving down the highway and now it will not start not with a boost not at all. not any kind of turnover at all. It has a brand new transmission and an engine from Japan guaranteed not to have over 80000 kilometers with about 15000 on top of that. I had just gotten a new water pump when this happened. Could it be a fuse? Where is it? Do you think it is the ignition coil?

Sounds like it cranks over and w/n start. Disconnect a plug wire ground it to engine while cranking it over look for spark-Do you have spark? Got spark now check for fuel.
