white smoke from exauht

i have just change my oil and filter. started the car again and white smoke comes from my exault pipe. how can i fix this problem, also there is a noise in the eninge. please help

White smoke could be a blown headgasket/crack head and block.

Noise-engine bearings/valve train components.
