White smoke from exauht

I have just change my oil and filter. Started the car again and white smoke comes from my exault pipe. How can I fix this problem, also there is a noise in the eninge. Please help

White smoke could be a blown headgasket/crack head and block.

Noise-engine bearings/valve train components.
