Turning off when break

Hey all, I have a 95 Millenia that Im having problems with. Car starts up fine with no problems but if I come to a complete stop the car will stall on me. The check engine light is also on so I took to autozone to get comp diagnostic and nothing came up. I have taken to mechanic couple of times and no one seems to find the problem. I noticed that when I come to a stop very slowly the car will not stall. When it does stall Its starts again quickly with no prob. Can anyone help me?

Last tune-up? Also you might want to check into the EGR

What size engine is in your millenia. Is it the 2.3L Miller engine or the 2.5 KL motor?

Yeah we already did a tune-up about 2 weeks ago. I have the 2.3. Actually something funny happened today. I filled up the tank and the check engine light didnt come on. And suprisingly its not turning off when I break. It just did this today so Im gonna be keeping an eye on it to see if it does it again when the gas runs low

I dought the fuel level has an effect on how it was running, unless it was empty

No it wasnt empty and the engine light was on.I thought it was weird too but this is the only time I have seen the engine light stay off and the car not turn off on me when I would break. :
