Hi, I was told a month ago by my local garage that I needed 2 new shocks at the front, at a cost of £240. The guy said it is urgent I get it done this month. First of all is this a realistic price for such a job? And also as I am a bit cash struck this month, could it wait another month or would that cause further damage to the car? The mechanic said a month ago one of the shocks had blown already and the other is on its way out too.
