Mazda Millenia fuel problems

I HAVE A 95 MAZDA MILLENIA (2.5 ENGINE) THE ENGINE TURNS BUT WON'T CATCH THE FUEL GAUGE AND LOW FUEL LIGHT IS ON I REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP BUT IT DOES THE SAME THING (IT HAS 140000 MILES) IT WILL ONLY START BRIEFLY WHEN I USE THE STARTING FLUID

Why do u replace the fuel pump?. How bout this. Chk when u crank or when using starter fluid during engine running. Chk if u are getting battery voltage to the fuel pump 1st huh. Msg me and let me know how it comes out.

I am not getting battery voltage to the fuel pump. We have tried to find the fuel pump relay but are not having any luck. Can you help? It is a 1995 Mazda Millenia
