Caused by installed IDS to vehicle - no comm with IPC, ABS, SRS, no modules will comm. Check for water intrusion this vehicle electrical system must be replaced. removed 3 spark plugs All cyl are full of water (engine is hydrolocked) Consider this vehicle a total loss.

Is this true? it's just hard to believe my car would be unrepairable due to water... How much do you believe it would run if i had it replaced? thank you.
